Return & Exchange Policy
At Baby Dedication, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized keepsakes. Because each item is custom-made with your baby's name and dedication details, we have specific policies to ensure quality while accommodating the personalized nature of our products.
Personalized Products
All of our baby dedication bibles, certificates, and keepsake gifts are personalized to order. Due to the custom nature of these items:
- Returns are not accepted on personalized items unless there is a defect or error in personalization
- Exchanges are available if we made an error in the personalization (wrong name, date, or spelling)
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before personalization begins
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
Personalization Errors
If we made an error in personalizing your item (incorrect spelling, wrong date, etc.), we will:
- Replace the item at no charge
- Cover return shipping costs
- Rush production on your replacement
Important: Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. We will personalize items exactly as you provide the information.
Non-Personalized Items
If you purchase any non-personalized items, standard return policies apply:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund issued once item is received and inspected
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
