Production Time All personalized items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for personalization and production before your order ships. Shipping time begins after production is completed.
Domestic Shipping We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Order Changes Because personalized products are custom-made, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@babydedication.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
