Ordering & Personalization
How do I provide personalization details?
During checkout, you'll see an "Order Notes" or "Personalization Details" field. Please provide the baby's full name, dedication date, and church name exactly as you'd like them to appear on your items.
Can I see a preview before my item is made?
We don't offer previews, but we will personalize your items exactly as you provide the information. Please double-check spelling, dates, and formatting before submitting your order.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized items typically ship within 5-7 business days after we receive your order and personalization details.
Church Bulk Orders
How do I place a bulk order for my church?
Visit our Church Bulk Ordering page for detailed instructions. Use discount code CHURCH50 for 50% off all orders.
How do I provide personalization for multiple families?
In the order notes at checkout, list each family's details in this format:
- Family 1: [Baby's Name], [Date], [Church Name]
- Family 2: [Baby's Name], [Date], [Church Name]
Is there a minimum order for the church discount?
No! The CHURCH50 discount code works on any size order with no minimum required.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request - please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What size is the baby bible?
Our baby dedication bibles are compact size (approximately 4" x 6"), perfect for little hands as children grow.
Can the keepsake box hold all the items?
Yes! The keepsake box (10" x 8" x 4") is designed to hold the bible, certificate, photos, cards, and other dedication mementos.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, returns are only accepted if there's a defect or error in personalization. See our Return Policy for full details.
What if there's a mistake in the personalization?
If we made an error, we'll replace your item at no charge and cover all shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify Payments checkout.
